Three ways in, depending on the system.

API integration is the cleanest: most modern SaaS tools expose an API, and we connect to it directly with scoped, revocable credentials.

Database & file access covers the systems where the data lives in a database, a spreadsheet, or a shared drive — we read and write where it's appropriate, safely.

Browser automation is the fallback for legacy systems with no API: the automation drives the website the same way a person would, so even old software can be part of the workflow.
